Taddeo Gaddi was a Florentine artist and architect who lived from 1290 – 1366 AD. He was a student of the Italian master painter, Giorgio Vasari. He is probably best known for his religious art depicting scenes from the Bible. Some of his more famous works include the Adoration of the Magi, the Stories of Job and the Madonna Enthroned with Child. He is considered to be one of the most gifted artists to come out of Italy during medieval times. A selection of many of his most famous works can be found below.
